Eligibility Criteria:

The Australia Immigration Authority follows a 100 point-based system wherein an individual must have a minimum score of 65 points depending upon Age, Education, Work experience, Language ability, and other adaptability factors. • Meet the health requirements,
• Meet the character requirements, and
• Do not have any outstanding debts in the home country of Australia.

Application Process:

Upon meeting the desired requirements, the applicant must submit an expression of interest (EOI). The expression of Interest (EOI) process is an online application that contains various questions related to the candidate’s background, education, and work profile.

The following are the general instructions for a  standard process flow:

• Step 1: Check the eligibility requirement and verify occupation in demand.
• Step 2: Get the skilled assessment done from relevant Skill assessment authority, which is an organization that will assess skills, Education, and work experience based on the Australian Standard.
• Step 3: Get the required score in the English proficiency test. Fortunately, the Australian immigration authorities accept scores from various English ability tests like IELTS, PTE and TOEFL.
• Step 4: Submit an Expression of Interest in Australia’s Skill Select Portal. Please note that EOI is valid under Pool for 2 years.
• Step 5: Receive an Invitation To Apply (ITA). Based on the ITA, the application will be submitted to the Australian Government within 60 days. The government will further analyze the application and decide if an individual can become a permanent resident. During this process, an individual would be required to produce positive medical test reports along with a clear criminal record check.
